Estates and estate planning are an intricate part of our practice and we are able to 
assist in the administration of estates and estate planning for the future.

Prior to your death we are able to assist in preparing Wills unique to your individual 
circumstances and family situation, Powers of Attorney to appoint a person to act on 
your behalf and of Memorandum of Wishes in relation to dealing with Trust assets.

After the death of a loved one, we are also able to assist in estate administration by 
applying for Probate and Letters of Administration when required, assisting 
executors, advising beneficiaries and in some circumstances carrying out estate 
litigation where there are disputes.
